From the date of delivery of products we accept returns within 3 days and exchange within 7 and in the case of offers 1 day return and exchange 3 days for products in new condition.
Return and exchange method
1 - Contact the customer service representative by sending a WhatsApp message to the store number (+966550111426), including the type of products you want to return or exchange, specifying alternative products and sizes, and explaining the reason for the return or exchange
2 - You will receive a message with the product’s shipping policy number on the WhatsApp number or a text message on the mobile number registered in the application through which you can deliver the product to the shipping company or wait for the shipping company representative to take the products from your home.
3 - Put the product in the original package and make sure the package is securely closed.
4 - The refund period after we receive the product ranges from 2 to 14 working days.
Terms of exchange and return
1 - The return period is 3 days and the replacement period is 7 days from the date you received the order from the shipping company, and one day for return and 3 days for exchange in the event that there are items in the order that have promotional offers or discount coupons.
2 - The products returned must be unused with the original package, and we cannot return the used product, if it is damaged or washed and do not change it in any way.
3- We do not accept goods returned by you without checking with us first.
4 - The cost of return or replacement shipping shall be borne by the customer, unless it is due to a mistake by the Nawaem Abaya store, and the customer shall also bear the charges for re-shipping the replacement products to him.
5 - In the event that the shipping was free according to a certain purchase limit and some items were returned and the value of the remaining products with the customer was less than the free shipping limit, the order fee shall be added to the customer.
6- In the event that the order is returned without error by the Nawaem Abaya store and there is no defect in the product, the customer bears the burden of shipping the order to him and re-shipping it to the Nawaem Abaya store
7- We do not accept returns or exchanges of unions, masks, socks and gloves at all.
8- The customer has the right to replace or return the whole or part of his purchase order only once.
